WELCOME TO MY PAGE!
My name is Kacie and I am a Wisconsin Native, currently living in Arizona, with a story to tell. I wear many different hats and want to share my message of hope and love with the world. I am a custom artist, in many different forms, and create various content through whatever inspires me in the moment. I paint, write, travel, work-out, read, and discover the many joys of this world! I am also going back to school to get my bachelor's degree in Applied Computing.

This website is dedicated to my two sons. You are the reason I am here.

ABOUT ME
The Beginning
Born and raised in Adams-Friendship, Wisconsin, I'm accustomed to small-town living and very cold weather. When I graduated high school I went on to receive a certificate in Massage Therapy, of which I never put to use. Shortly after getting home from college, and determining I had no real direction in life, I joined the Army in 2010 and left for Fort Sill, OK to begin Basic Training. There I met the love of me life....or so I thought.
The Downfall
I got married to my husband after 3 very short months of dating, and we had our first son two years later. Everything up until our son was 6 months old was a dream-come-true. I was living my fairytale life. We were renting a very nice house, had two cars, we were both retired medically from the Army, and life was rainbows and butterflies. Then it all started spiraling down after heroin was introduced into my life. Our son was adopted out to family within a year, I got pregnant for the second time, while living on the streets, and our second son was adopted out to another member of the family. I had no reason for living, I was reckless, foolish, and ended up in prison twice.
The Awakening
Finally, after getting released from prison for the second time in June 2019, my life began again. I started over completely, and became a new person, one that I enjoy seeing in the mirror. Through a lot of hard work, and baby steps, I took it one day at a time and started rebuilding what I broke. I completed parole in January 2020, I went back to college where I am working towards a technology degree, and most importantly, I got the trust of my family back. I continue to work every day on becoming a better person, and in doing so I am using my artwork to convey my struggles and overcoming them. I am proof that we do recover and am here to spread the message that you are not alone.
